valu8.io (“valu8”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the research published on it. You can reach us at hello@valu8.io. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

valu8 publishes research and opinion about publicly traded stocks and crypto assets. Every verdict, score, stance and written case on this site is commentary and general information only.

Nothing here is investment advice. We do not know your circumstances, we are not your broker, adviser or fiduciary, and no content on this site is a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Markets move; published analysis can be wrong or go stale. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should take independent professional advice before acting.

We may hold positions in assets we write about. Analysis is produced with the help of automated tools and reviewed before publication, but we do not guarantee it is accurate, complete or current.

You need an account to unlock paid research. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or is used for fraud.

You agree not to:

• republish, resell, syndicate or share paid research outside your own use;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or bypass any paywall or access control;
• share your login with other people;
• use the site to break the law, infringe rights, or disrupt the service.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from your account page — access then continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds. We do not store your card details; the payment processor does.

All content on this site — text, scores, charts, layout, branding and code — belongs to valu8 or its licensors. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to read and use it for your own purposes. Everything else is reserved.

Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back are fine. Reproducing whole analyses is not.

We aim to keep the site up and the research current, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause or withdraw features, and occasionally take the site down for maintenance.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, valu8 is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be flagged on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
